SERVICE DEFINITION

Our hours of operation will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

For Weekend and Public holiday delivery is available upon request.

• NON-STOP: direct door to door service within 2 Hours
• HOT: to be pickup & delivery within 2-3 Hours
• RUSH: to be pickup & delivery within 3-4 Hours
• REGULAR: on route non-scheduled delivery within 4-5 hours
• OVERNIGHT: the nex day before 5PM

Some areas may take longer than others. Delivery time will depend on distance, rush hour, traffic conditions, and unforeseeable delays.

VEHICLE FLEETS

CITY-CORE offer a large fleet of vehicles to service your shipping requirements, we have more than 20 vehicles. This includes medium cargo vans, mini vans, hybrids and electric vehicles to fit our customer needs
